Car Bends Library Handrail

We heard a bang outside and there she was on the Library entry pathway, trying for some sort of short cut maybe. The paramedics arrived within minutes and pronounced her OK. Full marks to our Council trades staff for the robust hand rail which acted as a safety barrier.
