Oakland, CA Police Department car # 1130, a 1991 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, converted into a low-rider by the department (on reaching normal retirement age for a OPD car...) as community outreach. (to the low-rider community...) Still carried on the OPD roster as an active police car, although no longer in daily service... Seen in Carson City, NV after a car show. (...waiting for a trailer ride home...) Taken by a Nikon D40x with a 18-55mm Nikkor kit lens. (at 52)
The only thing I'd change about the car is the tires - 185's are too small for the 7" wide rims to the photographer's mind!
