Blue Pants was found by Bob F.! "I happened to find one of the two gnomes this morning. Surprisingly easy with the hints you had given. I only was looking for about 2 minutes when I spied Blue Pants in his cozy little tree home. I quickly learned he had a desire to get a better education and wanted to travel uptown a bit. He had a nice tour of the SUNY campus, did some studying in the library, tried the food service menu and opted for Pizza, then found a new home tucked away in one of the gardens on the podium. Photo 10 shows him in roughly his final location, though he did scuttle back a bit further to be a bit less visible to the passing students." (more...).
