All Vehicles Registered in the City Must Undergo an Annual Safety Check. in Addition, All Light Duty, Spark Ignition Powered Motor Vehicles Must Undergo an Emissions Test for Carbon Monoxide and Hydrocarbon Exhaust Gases.
